•Refunds: We offer refunds on most products, such as violins, provided the product is returned within 30 days of purchase, is undamaged, and is returned at the purchaser’s cost.
•Non-Refundable Products: Certain products, such as strings and other consumable items, cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless it is unopened in the original packaging.

•Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or any other mutually acceptable payment method once the returned item is inspected.
